YONGHANG Webbing Kevlar Conveyor Belt are specifically designed for primary and secondary cooling beds in aluminum extrusion plants. While they share basic characteristics with standard heat-resistant conveyor belts, they are engineered to overcome the unique challenges of the secondary high-temperature cooling bed, including high delivery speeds, friction, and stringent wear resistance requirements.

Through extensive practical application and continuous improvement, our company has developed these belts by integrating customer feedback into the production process. The result is a belt with enhanced wear resistance and exceptional temperature performance, capable of withstanding up to 480°C. The Kevlar base, combined with a three-layer fabric construction, fully meets production demands and provides a powerful, reliable solution. This design is suitable for use in secondary high-temperature cooling beds for extruders with a tonnage of less than 2,500.

For applications requiring enhanced anti-flight bar pads or walking beam pads, a three-layer Kevlar belt with increased tension resistance can be selected.

The company offers this product in two color options:

• Colors: Yellow, Green

• Temperature Resistance:

  • Long-term: Up to 350°C

  • Short-term (15 minutes): Up to 500°C

• Total Thickness: Range of 8-12mm; common specifications are 8mm, 10mm, and 12mm.

• Width: Range of 20mm to 3,600mm; common specifications are 60mm, 70mm, 75mm, 80mm, 100mm, and 120mm.

• Length: Range of 1,800mm to 30,000mm.
