Usage Process Diagram:

  1. Preparation: Trim the belt ends to be joined flush and align them within the custom template.
  2. Setup: Configure the required temperature and time parameters for the material via the simplified interface.
  3. Heating: Close the device to activate dual-sided heating and pressure application; the process completes automatically.
  4. Cooling: Upon heating completion, initiate the cooling output function to accelerate curing.
  5. Completion: Remove the belt; the joint is now robust and flush, ready for immediate use.

Important Application Notes:

The BN-M50 is a specialised solution optimised for joining light weight, thin belts. Its 3kg pressing capacity and limited heating area determine its primary suitability for:

  1. Belt thickness: Typically between 1mm and 4mm.
  2. Strength requirements: Non-heavy-duty transmission or conveying applications not subject to sustained high-tension loads.
  3. This equipment is unsuitable for industrial heavy-duty conveyor belts exceeding 6mm thickness or requiring resistance to substantial tensile forces. Such applications necessitate industrial-grade splicing machines with greater tonnage capacity and larger heating surfaces.
