The liquid yellow silicone is applied directly into the forming mold along with the base compound. High heat and pressure cross-link the polymers at a molecular level before the curing process completes.
The belt emerges from the mold as an un-layered, solid component. There is no micro-gap, no glue layer to dry out, and no point of structural weakness between the teeth and the backing.
Because the layers cannot separate, precision CNC milling for vacuum holes or transverse grooves produces razor-sharp, uniform edges. The silicone surrounding the suction pockets remains perfectly flush, preventing air leaks or tearing under high suction.

Because silicone is naturally non-marking and oil-free, it never smudges or transfers residues onto premium printed graphics.

The vibrant yellow color scheme offers excellent contrast against dark carbon dust, metallic machinery components, and silver aluminum frames. This high-visibility design allows maintenance teams to easily monitor belt tracking, alignment, velocity, and surface wear patterns from a distance, streamlining preventative maintenance before a breakdown occurs.
3. Non-Slip VFFS Film Drawdown
Operating as drawdown belts on vertical packaging lines, the thick yellow silicone layer compresses gently to grip poly, matte, or laminated packaging films against the forming tube. It delivers consistent bag lengths and precise cutting cycles while successfully resisting the radiant heat coming from adjacent horizontal sealing jaws up to 200°C (392°F).
