Basic Operating Procedure

Prepare Ends: Trim both ends of the belt to be joined to a neat finish.

Parameter Settings: Retrieve or configure the appropriate welding programme on the touchscreen based on the belt model, material, and width.

Clamping and Positioning: Secure both belt ends into the fixed jaw and vibrating jaw of the equipment respectively, ensuring alignment and tension.

Initiate Welding: Press the start button to activate the equipment's automatic cycle encompassing high-frequency vibration, melting, pressure application, and cooling.

Remove Finished Product: Release the clamps and extract the completed circular belt.
