By integrating permanent magnets directly into the body of a high-strength polyurethane timing belt, we enable your machinery to "communicate" with Hall effect sensors or reed switches without physical contact.

This technology eliminates the need for bulky external markers, providing a streamlined, low-profile solution for high-speed sorting, synchronized packaging, and smart conveyor systems.

  • CNC Precision Embedding: Each magnet is housed in a CNC-milled pocket, ensuring the magnet surface is perfectly flush with the belt’s back or teeth. This prevents mechanical interference with pulleys and rollers.
