Continuous Electroplating Silicone Belt
In response to diverse client requirements, the factory can also develop Continuous Electroplating Silicone Belts to other special specifications. Examples include electroplating pressure belts with synchronous belts as the base, and moulds can be created to produce Continuous Electroplating Silicone Belts in various lengths and widths according to customer specifications. These products are beginning to replace conventional Continuous Electroplating Silicone Belts in the production of selective precious metal electroplating applications. In the future, they will fully supplant PVC and black soft rubber Continuous Electroplating Silicone Belts.

Introduction
The material used for the strip in the continuous spot plating process for traditional terminals is white or other coloured PVC with a hardness of 35 Shore A. The backing strip employs a woven canvas tape. Its characteristics include ease of surface slotting and width-wise cutting. The primary drawback lies in its susceptibility to ageing and hardening during use. Once aged and hardened, the sealing performance of the pressure tape is significantly reduced, leading to permeation. This results in substantial wastage of valuable plating solutions during the electroplating process, thereby increasing electroplating costs. The factory has now developed and produced silicone pressure tapes with five hardness grades ranging from Shore 0 to 25 degrees. Silicone possesses stable chemical properties, does not undergo ageing, and does not react with electroplating solutions with a pH value between 4.5 and 12.5 during use. Its hardness remains constant throughout operation, significantly reducing the loss of valuable solutions in the electroplating production process.
