To ensure a smooth transition of business operations before and after the holiday, please be advised of the following arrangements:​

Holiday Period: May 1–3, 2024. All operations, including order processing, shipping, and after-sales service, will resume as usual starting May 4.

Order Processing: Please plan your orders accordingly. We will make every effort to process orders submitted by April 30 before the holiday begins. No shipments will be arranged during the holiday period; orders will be processed in sequence starting May 4. For urgent needs, please contact your dedicated account manager in advance.
