3: The flat belt features a smooth surface coating, allowing relative sliding between the belt surface and the load, resulting in a lower coefficient of friction and greater surface wear resistance, making it ideal for accumulation conveying;
4: The nylon fabric surface not only features a highly conductive internal treatment, but the composite interface with the nylon backing has also undergone a curing process. This enhances interlayer adhesion, prevents delamination, and minimizes fraying along the edges;
